We do not operate as a distributor or as an integrator of third-party equipment: the design, the software, and the sensors are ours, and the chain of title is documentable in any due diligence procedure.
Our stated objective is manufacturing in Mexico. Equipment imports are limited to the first contracts; the path to domestic production is part of the plan from day one, not a promise for later.
